Your peace of mind matters to us. You may request a refund at any time, for any reason, by getting in touch. We review every request quickly and in good faith, and we work to resolve it as fast as possible — our goal is always a fair, friendly outcome with no unnecessary back-and-forth.
2. How to request a refund
Simply email us with your name and a brief note about your booking:
No long forms and no complicated steps. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm we've got it and let you know the next steps right away.
3. How we process your request
- We acknowledge every refund request promptly after receiving it.
- We review it in good faith and confirm the refund amount with you.
- We process approved refunds as quickly as we reasonably can.
4. Amounts paid to third-party suppliers
Where we have already paid part of your trip cost to independent third-party suppliers on your behalf (for example airlines, hotels or tour operators), those amounts are subject to the relevant supplier's own refund terms. In those cases we will refund everything we are able to recover, plus our own service fees, and we'll always be transparent with you about what applies. This keeps our Refund Policy consistent with our Terms of Service.
5. Refund method & timing
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Once approved, the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider. We'll let you know when your refund has been sent.
